Every time we receive concerning letters from State Farm home office, which she is their agent and c.c.’d about, she NEVER has the information in our file for her staff to handle. She must sit back and expect the place to run on its own! Shameful! We were given to her from our retired previous agent Bill Rhea, who I’m sure was trying to help her out with business. This behavior is the reason for buying direct through the company."
